Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was a fun day for the Westover family.  We started the day by running/walking the annual Turkey Stuffer.  It's a 5K run and it has become a turkey day tradition.  Casey, Charlotte and Jillian run it while the rest of us walk.
This is how Lydia spent the race.  Despite the fact that she had an ipod with a movie and headphones, she still only lasted through half of the race.  Grandma Walburger thankfully brought her inside as we passed her house so we could finish the race without a crying 5 year old.  In her defense, it was pretty cold.

For our Thanksgiving meal, we once again gathered with the Walburgers and the Farleys at Grandma's house.  The girls had a great time getting to know their cousins Ben, Courtney and Natalie.   Grandma laid out a great feast.  Of course, the kids were done eating in 10 minutes and were off playing before the adults even started.

After dinner, we played Just Dance 3 on the Wii.  Casey brought a projector from work and we displayed it up on Grandma's big white wall.  We spent the rest of the evening working off all those calories by dancing!

Finally, I have been working again on some Florida stuff.  I am trying to finish this book and order it in time for Casey's Christmas.  We'll see if I make it!
